With the ever increasing costs of running a business and in the interest of keeping the cost down to the customer we have had to make our cancellation’s policy stricter.
We only have 16 karts available and we’re limited to the number of session’s we can run during the day, so if these are booked up and unavailable to others looking to attend but then the people who had these karts booked then request refunds we lose money.
We may take cancellations 2 weeks in advance and these would be refunded to a gift card with a 28 days expiry. Excludes December bookings.
